[3dprinter-general] Bug#1037614: cura-engine: ftbfs with GCC-13

This issue was due to a missing #include <cstdint>, and it was already 
fixed upstream in an unrelated commit.

I pushed a patch to Salsa together with two other bug fixes, but I'm 
waiting for a DD to upload it since I can't do that myself.
