If somebody writes and maintains a Perl module to do what file(1)
program is doing, using the same magic files, I would be glad to use it.
But I would not like to incorporate that code directly in amavisd-new
and take responsibility for keeping it up-to-date. Also, there may be 
different incarnations of file(1) lying around on different operating 
systems, so there may be compatibility issues, it is best to keep the
interface module separate.
