You closed 769646 with version 21-4, but 769646 is assigned to
android-libutils, which doesn't seem to have a version 21-4. Either the fix is
in another package, or you mistyped the version. I reopened the bug for now.

Please don't do that. That's not how these tags are supposed to work. If the
bug is fixed in a newer version, version tracking will take care of it. If the
fix is in another package, I might have misunderstood. In that case, please
clarify how this bug is fixed.

Once the metadata for this bug is fixed (see above), you can file an unblock
request to clarify what needs to be done.
