[Babel-users] sending rtt always on 1.8?

what harm would there be to always timestamping, rather than
optionally, in the 1.8 release?

I like seeing the rtt statistic a lot, no matter the connection....

(and while babelweb "just worked" with 1.8, I never much cared for the
port forwarding ssh method, and using -G /somefilename seems saner)
