[Babel-users] babel 1.9 someday soon?

Since openwrt 18.06.2 just shipped with babel 1.8.4 and the process
for the next release is starting, I was hoping we could get to where
babel-hmac could be in a usable state before that release.

There was a pretty important looking bugfix post babel 1.8.4 from tecoboot...

I see two outstanding pull requests...

I have not had time to touch babeld in two months but I might have
some time towards the end of this month for testing.
