[debian-edu-commits] New list take over for commits at skolelinux

take over from commits at skolelinux.(no,org).

I've updated at least some of the code sending email:

 - crontab for builder at maintainer.skolelinux.no
 - crontab for builder at administrator.skolelinux.no
 - svn commit hook for debian-edu repository at svn.debian.org

I am not sure what other sources we need to update.
