I rewrote patch-debian-cd to use the git repo, and was able to track
down the git commit for the svn revision we used for wheezy.  Did not
figure out how to track down the git commits for the lenny and squeeze
builds, so those are most likely broken.  Might need to fix the
squeeze one, but suspect we leave the lenny build alone.
