Bug#1049400: gosa: in new default theme, icons are not shown if they have labels

Package: src:gosa
Severity: important
Version: 2.8~git20230203.10abe45+dfsg-4

GOsa² has its own way of labeling icons in its UI. If icons are to be
labeled a "[<label>]" is appended to the icon's filename.

When rendering this, the "[<label>]" has to be extracted from the path
again before creating an html img tag from it.

In include/functions.inc (image() function), this label extraction is
missing for the new materialize CSS based default theme.

As a result, icons with labels are not rendered.

Patch is on its way...
