When tinkering with configuration values in the "Settings" Addon of  
GOsa², after saving the new settings one ends up with:

Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string &  
int in /usr/share/gosa/include/functions.inc:249 Stack trace: #0

```
This is due to debugLevel being an empty string (not 0) and the new  
bitwise operation on it (which fails if it is an empty string.

Patch is on its way...
