Bug#1049938: gosa: settings add-on can't save modification because of /etc/gosa/vacation not being a writeable path

Package: src:gosa
Severity: important
Version: 2.8~git20230203.10abe45+dfsg-8

While tinkering with the settings add-on in GOsa² I had to create
/etc/gosa/vacation and make it writeable to the www-data user.

Such a location should not be needed to exist in /etc/gosa, rather in
/var/lib/gosa.

A solution could be:

   * create /var/lib/gosa/vacation
   * make it writeable to the www-data group
   * patch GOsa²'s default path for "vacationTemplateDirectory"
   * symlink /etc/gosa/vacation -> /var/lib/gosa/vacation

Patch is on its way...
