Dear maintainer(s),

dlm fails its autopkgtest on arm64 and ppc64el due to a time out after
2h47. Can you please investigate the situation?

To avoid wasting lots of time on the ci.debian.net infrastructure, I
have add your package to the ignore list for arm64 and ppc64el.
