[Debian-handbook-translators] Weblate problem

Dear all,

Up until now, we especially the Indonesian translator still can't
access Weblate [1], it always say "Bad Gateway". While [2] operates
normally. We have nothing to do but to report this problem, and wait
for the good news. :D
