[Debian-handbook-translators] Contribute to spanish translation

Hello Santi,

Normally for the Spanish translation, we use the weblate tool foud here:

https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/debian-handbook/

Please go ahead and register there, we can not mix workflows it is either
weblate or git.
