[Debian-handbook-translators] publican command fails to run when starting a new translation

Hi there,

I've just created an account on Salsa Debian with the goal to start a
translation in pt-PT.

Following the instructions from the README translators, I tried to create a
new directory by running the command:

publican update_po --langs=pt-PT

However, this is the error I'm getting:

firstname is a mandatory argument at /usr/bin/publican line 1191.

My publican version is v4.3.2.

I appreciate any help on this.
