[Debian-handbook-translators] Merged weblate translations into buster/master

Hi. I just completed merging the translation from Weblate into the
buster/master branch in git. In the process I had to flag or fix some
errors in the ar-MA, ca-ES, pt-BR and zh-CN translations. I was able to
fix the XML issues with everyone but the pt-BR translation, but for the
latter the problem was the structure of indexterm entries, and as I do
not understand the language I did not dare to try to fix it.
I tagged them as fuzzy. Please have a look at make sure the XML tags
have the same order as the English ones, and that there is no extra text
between tags that is not also present in the English ones.
