How the dblatex package is the problem, as pointed out by Norbert, I think
that 'and if we get a previous version?'. So I did a chrooted env in Buster
and... Made all the files!

And so was basically to create chroot env, run the dpkg-checkbuilddeps and
to start the build of pdf, without any previous errors pointed by us.

At this point, I thank you all for your attention and support/suggestions.
Special thanks to Norbert and Daniel.

I will update the issue at Salsa and I'll monitor this issue of dblatex.
