[Debian-handbook-translators] Updated salsa git repository from Weblate

I've just merged the Weblate translations of the Debian Handbook project
into the salsa git repostory, and updated Weblate to match.  This
improved the Italian and Swedish Buster translations.

To get the build working, I flagged som incorrect translations in
sv-SE/06_apt.po, sv-SE/08_basic-configuration.po and
it-IT/11_network-services.po as fuzzy.  Did not investigate closely, but
saw several XML errors.
