That's a known issue in dblatex in Bullseye and newer:
https://bugs.debian.org/993678

We got a patch by upstream, though:
https://bugs.debian.org/993678#17

dblatex is QA-maintained. We could simply do an NMU...? Or build in a Buster
chroot/container.
