I'd like to fix this issue on iddawc, and rhonabwy after that because
they have the same pattern, but I'm not sure I fully understand it.

In d/control, I have updated the dependencies for libiddawc-dev and src:
to add libjansson-dev, but libgnutls28-dev was already in the dependencies.

Is there somewhere else I should add a dependency? Also why is it
complaining about gnutls even if the dependency is explicit?

I've pushed a change in salsa with my current changes, is there more
changes to make to fix this?

Thanks in advance for the help!

/Nicolas
