Remove data/UniVec.* over DFSG-nonfree Invitrogen vectors.

Per UniVec.nhr, Invitrogen Corporation holds copyright over some
portions of UniVec and requires a license for commercial use thereof.
Other files (even UniVec_Core.*) have no such restrictions.
