Any news on this.  We really need to get our chain of dependencies
straight.  This issue seems to block seqan[1] which is lacking
libbam-dev on armel.  We need seqan for bowtie and bowtie2 and we are
really short before the freeze.  So it would be really great if you
either could upload now or ask anybody else to take action if you
are busy with other stuff.
