On closer inspection, that's not pandas 2.x related, it's the previously 
seen failure to handle error messages containing newlines (which some of 
dask's now do), https://github.com/dask/dask/issues/9813 / 
https://github.com/intake/intake/pull/699 , reappearing because the 
temporary fix was removed from dask without updating intake to a version 
with the permanent fix.
