<p>ublast and usearch are also in the README.md Luckily usearch and
ublast are not needed.<br>
The ublast and usearch info in the README.md would be a problem
for other more freedom strict distributions like Trisquel.<br>
So if could I propose to remove all ublast and usearch related
content from proteinortho.</p>
