I did a grep for "either version 3" over all files and just found
this term in the standard example of how to apply the GPL to some
software. A few lines above it clearly says "<span
style="font-family:monospace"><span
style="color:#000000;background-color:#ffffff;">END OF TERMS AND
CONDITIONS".<br>
