[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] Bug#1060264: plasma-mobile: please move udev rule into /usr (DEP17 M2)

plasma-mobile-tweaks installs a udev rules file into the apparently
hard-coded location /lib/udev/rules.d/. Please move it to
/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/ for trixie.

A few strategies exist. If you do not need to backport to bookworm
or earlier, you could just update the hard-coded path.
Otherwise please use either dh_movetousr or ask udev.pc (using
pkgconf) for the correct path.
