<p class="elementToProof">According to the debian rules for the opencv package IPP is currently not enabled.</p>

<p class="elementToProof">For many algorithms, e.g. cv::matchTemplate() IPP increases the performance significantly.</p>

<p class="elementToProof">Any chance to get WITH_IPP=ON set for the next package update?</p>
