The bug I reported was not random, I could reproduce it 100% of the time.

This morning, however, the package builds ok. I don't know if this is due to some
change that you did, or maybe some build-dependency which is not the same
as before. In either case, yes, it seems fair to me that we close the bug
with the current version (so I'm doing that as above).

[ If you still suspect of some build-dependency, there is the
  debbisect tool, but I guess it does not worth the effort ].
