I committed it. Osamu, I suggest to wait a short time (a week?) before
upload so I can more carefully test it. I also have a (still uncommitted)
Vietnamese UTF-8 patch which should be part of the next release.

Because of the important UTF-8 support I bumped the version from 1.1.x
to 1.2.0.
