[Fusioninventory-user] Problem with agent configuration

Hi,

 

my nams is Pasqualino and I’m currently employed as System Admin at
Infoporto s.r.l.

 

I’ve just installed in my test environment fusion inventory in order to test
the product.

I have a problem regarding the configuration of the agent:

In “Agent actions”  I don’t have any chance to select inventory because
Fusion itself  issues this error message: “Agent(s) unavailable”. In
addiction it does not discover any computers over the LAN.

 

Would you mind suggesting me what is probably going wrong, please?
