[Fusioninventory-user] Fusioninventory glpi software child entities does not work

Thanks, I look forward to some solution. Can you help me with receiving
entity emails. By adding the download only unread option, the mail is not
downloaded and the ticket is not created. Without this option, create the
ticket but download all the emails, even the past ones.
