Is trarball packaged wrong ?

Hi, 
Yes I do use Windows. I will try to port
minicom to cygwin. Are you sure that
cvs anonymous login works as described
on the projects' page? I tried it I got
cnnection timed out for "Enter" just
as valur for anonymous password.
