  ^^^^^^^^^ this is the name of the UPS that you should pass to "upsc"

NUT 2.6.4 is kind of old, and I don't recall whether the logic for terminating other drivers was sound. If you have further issues, you may need to reboot once.

Should work with "upsc serverups at localhost" (or just "upsc serverups")
