Basically - "UPS client" was the original author's intent, I think.

https://doc.freenas.org/9.3/freenas_services.html#ups says that you can run it from Shell, which I assume is one of the FreeNAS screens?

If you changed the "Identifier" field in the "UPS Settings" page, substitute that name for "ups" in "upsc ups at localhost".
