Hi ya'll Well it turns out that Gamatronic was unable or unwilling to provide me with the information that was required to get the Richcomm usb interface running with their D-Compact. They did, on the other hand exchange my ups with ones that do work with nut without question. Thanks to all who tried to help. Eli
