[Nut-upsuser] apc backups ls 500

just some troubles when running upsd , the standard "synchronizing
..... giving up" . This is the usb version ...  config files below as
well as the upsc output . upsdrvctl yields no errors ..

once again thanx for any help... Leaving for a long trip soon and it
