[Nut-upsuser] usbbid-ups crashes, wake from sleep

By itself, the driver reconnects to either UPS after wake, when started 
at the command line. It's not until I also run upsd & upsmon that it 
will crash.

The ES log simply ends when the system sleeps. So I'm not sure how much 
use it will be.
