Was it ordered new/came out of a Tripp Lite box?<br>Looking at the bill of materials for the last SKU of the SU5000RT3UPM (PS7370), it shipped with a straight through cable (our part number 730866 but I don't know if that was labeled on the cable... I think so).<br><br>Even the older SKUs should be the same I believe, but if you want to double check what SKU you have, the SKU is part of the serial number.
