Hi,

concerning the htroot/docroot changes ...

Perhaps we could start by using relative addressing more often.
Everything that references something within the same section should be
able to use relative links, so only navigation bar and documentation
would need absolute links. Or did I miss something?

And for the generated html I'd like to see a few more newlines ...
create_source_summary() is a particularly bad example, it seems to
generate a single infinitely long line :-)
