Bug#919001: emacs-gtk: fails to upgrade to 1.26.1+1-3

This bug (or a very similar one) seems to trigger again when upgrading to
emacs-gtk-1:26.1+1-3.2 with emacspeak-49.0+dfsg-2 :

0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
2 not fully installed or removed.
After this operation, 0 B of additional disk space will be used.
