[pkg-aa-profiles-team] Uploading apparmor-profiles-extra 1.0

Hi,

thanks to Holger's nagging, tests and improvements (I've merged
branches h01ger/improve-description, h01ger/fixup and
h01ger/uploaders), the package looks good enough for an
initial upload.

I've added a few minor style commits on top, updated README.Debian,
added a debian/changelog, built (pedantic-Lintian-clean) and tested on
current sid. Woo, we're almost there!

Does anyone want to have a look before the initial upload? Holger: if
happy with it, feel free to dch --release, fix version, and upload :)
