[pkg-aa-profiles-team] License and copyright of ~apparmor-dev/apparmor-profiles?

Hi,

we're missing some information before some profiles taken from
~apparmor-dev/apparmor-profiles can enter Debian:

  * This repo has a LICENSE file that contains GPL-2, which is a great
start, but I found no copyright notice that would allow to tell if
the content found in there is strictly under GPL-2, or GPL-2+
("(at your option) any later version"). Would you take a patch
that adds the standard GPL-2+ license notice to README?

  * I've found no copyright information in this repo. Shall I assume
that everything in there is copyright "AppArmor developers
    <apparmor at lists.ubuntu.com>"? I can provide a patch too.

Note that this is quite urgent for me: the Debian Jessie freeze is
approaching, and the NEW queue's processing time has grown very long
again, so I'd like to have our shiny apparmor-profiles-extra package
go through it as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,
