[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#290707: alsa-utils: /etc/init.d/alsa do not save settings

at shutdown time, /etc/init.d/alsa do not save settings ( even when
running it manually);

If I edit the settings file, then they are restaured as I fixed, but
reboots do not alter the backup file;

this means, boot time restaurs my fixed settings, and not the settings
at previous shutdown time.
