[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#494983: alsa-base: Starting TiMidity++ ALSA midi emulation fails

Hi you all,

as in the subject I can not use midi+alsa (at least using rosegarden and
muse)

I can play midi starting timidity without starting jack deamon first,
doing the opposite raises this error:

Starting TiMidity++ ALSA midi emulation...ALSA lib

 failed!
 invoke-rc.d: initscript timidity, action "start" failed.

Sound works perfectly for other applications, including
ardour,amarok,audacity.
