Dear Maintainer,

The usb-audio interface on my Dell USB-C WD15 dock stopped working
recently. The immediate symptom is the device gone from pulseaudio,
with:
E: [pulseaudio] module-alsa-card.c: Failed to find a working profile.
E: [pulseaudio] module.c: Failed to load module "module-alsa-card" (argument: "device_id="1" name="usb-Generic_USB_Au
After *much* debugging, I stumbled across
by pulseaudio restart) fixed things immediately for me.
