<P>The emergence of this rule was as a result of numerous complaints received from investee and beneficiaries like yourself from around the world who's funds/transactions have been left pending due to unnecessary financial laws and unscrupulous requests.<BR>It further states that only one step of submitting a legalised application form would have the EBF authorise the financial institution holding your funds to release without upfront charges/fees.</P>
