Hi,

Let's keep this in unstable until this bug is resolved.  Otherwise lot's
of problem to other dependent packages.

Somehow,  libanthyinput0's soname version was not updated while others
were.  I think I fixed this by adjusting libtool.  This one line
addition is in debian patch but may be good idea to forward to the
upstream.

Niibe-san, you seem to be upstream too.  What do you think of libtool
setting to be upstreamed.

(It may be good idea to match package name from libanthyinput1 but
that"s cosmetic and I didn't do it here.)

Also, it will take some time for us to update ibus/fcitx/uim/...

In order to have smooth transition, I bumped -dev package version too.

This include one typo fix.
