Good catch. We've fixed a few similar issues recently, but indeed I'm
not surprised that there are some remaining.

I think this should be enough, assuming we don't break the Python API
in debian/patches.

And I suspect that the "Depends: python3-libapparmor" in
python3-apparmor should be versioned as well.

Do you want to fix those in Vcs-Bzr?
