[pkg-apparmor] Heads up! Feature set pinning enabled in sid (and fallout with Linux 4.14-rcN up to rc6)

Hi,

as discussed on -devel@ and #879584 I've uploaded apparmor 2.11.1-1
that pins the feature set to the Linux 4.13's one. This should start
bringing benefits soon (e.g. if we don't fully fix #877581 before
Linux 4.14 makes its way into sid) *but* right now it will break stuff
for people who run 4.14-rcN from experimental due to a kernel bug.
A kernel fix is being tested and will hopefully make its way in time
for Linux 4.14 final. If it doesn't, then we'll need to rollback this
pinning thing ⇒ to play it safe, we should hurry up with making our
policy ready for 4.14's feature set aka. #877581.
