[Pkg-auth-maintainers] getting Yubico packages into Debian

u2f-pam and yubikey-piv-manager are now in the NEW queue.  The
globalplatform stuff requires some testing, upstream doesn't seem to do
releases any more so we'll have to decide on whether to package
1) upstream's last release, or 2) their current VC repository version.
Doing 1) requires applying quite a number of patches almost turning the
effort into a fork.  This part is however already done in my
globalplatform debian git repos, but it requires some testing before it
can be uploaded.

I'll try to find time to look at what I did again...   getting
new releases from upstream would be useful too.
