yes indeed.

The 7.4 packages are almost finished, the exception is the database
upgrade. Upstream used to supply separate scripts for every version
jump, but now changed to a single one. The debian update scripts need to
be changed to reflect that, but I didn't find the time for that yet.

If you think you can help with the database update part, I'll explain my
current thoughts on how to proceed there.

As for the backports, my priority is to release 7.4 to sid.
